(Seoul – 2026/03/10) Smart Tech Korea 2026, Korea's leading future-technology exhibition, held a "B2B Tech Webinar" online on March 10, sharing diverse insights on the industrial application of AI technology and data-based business strategies.

This webinar was held under the theme "Beyond Insights, Toward Impact," featuring case-centered presentations applicable to actual business settings—from macro AI technology trends to industry-specific AX (AI Transformation) success cases and customer acquisition strategies using data analytics.

In the first session, Softberry Vice President Jaeho Lee gave a lecture under the theme "In an Era of Leveled-Up Technology, What Makes the Difference?" Vice President Lee introduced the trend of "Physical AI"—such as autonomous driving, robots, and humanoids—expanding beyond the digital domain into real industries and daily life, and forecast changes in the future industrial structure where humans and machines coexist.

Next, Maum AI Research Director Byunghee Son introduced AX application cases across various industries, explaining that the shift from rule-based automation to autonomous-judgment AI is becoming a key element of industrial competitiveness.

In the third session, Crowdworks CTO Suyeol Yang introduced the emergence of actionable AI agents and real enterprise application cases, centered on enterprise data utilization strategies. Through cases such as Yuanta Securities and NICE D&B, he explained how data-based decision-making structures are built and presented directions for enterprise AI utilization.

In the final session, Business Canvas CEO Woojin Kim presented strategies for securing high-involvement leads for AI solution companies, sharing practical approaches to data-based customer acquisition and B2B sales strategies.

This webinar was held for practitioners seeking to expand technology-based businesses, including B2B marketers, strategic planners, and sales staff. Participants were provided with discount benefits for Smart Tech Korea 2026 exhibition participation and an exhibition preparation guidebook.
