• Items Collected: Information you submit through this form — name, company (organization), phone number, email, inquiry subject and content (Inquiry Form) / name, date of birth, phone number, email, address, education and career history, application field, resume, cover letter, portfolio and other attached files (Recruitment Application Form)
• Retention Period: Inquiry data 3 years (as required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce for records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution) / Recruitment application data 180 days after the recruitment process ends (statutory maximum under the Fair Hiring Procedure Act Art. 11), or without delay upon applicant's request
